How Long Have You Been in the Business?

A freshly-licensed REALTOR® can do a wonderful job and will have up-to-date training;

BUT…those in the business longer bring more practical experience to the table, as well as ongoing annual professional training!

CENTURY 21 All Points' Broker-Owner David Yetman has been selling real estate in Nova Scotia for over three decades.

How Do You Stay Informed About Market Trends?

Century 21 All Points agents & staff undergo weekly sales training on "What to do...& What NOT to do"

We as REALTORS® stay on top of trends and changes in our local market.

Will you provide references?

Ask if any of the references are related to the REALTOR®. Ask if you can call their references with additional questions.

There are many moving parts to the buying process. You'll need a dependable agent who keeps you in the loop.

We communicate with you weekly on the market and how market news affects your home buying journey!

How Do You Communicate With Your Clients?

What Separates Us From the Competition?

Key phrases to listen for: assertive, available by phone or e-mail, analytical, professional, reliable, and able to maintain a good sense of humour under trying circumstances.

Our Team is unique in every way we work. We work as a Team, holding each other to the highest standard to ensure our clients receive attentive, professional service.

How Will You Help Me Find Other Professionals?

Ask for a written list of referring vendors. Get an explanation if you see the term “affiliated”. It could mean the REALTOR® is getting compensation from vendors.

We utilize our own website MyRealtyAdvisors.ca

This innovative site, promotes trades-service providers-and professionals that we have used and trusted, with no compensation back to us for this service!
REALTORS® get paid by the seller when the transaction closes. When a property is listed, the split of the commission is determined, with a portion going to the listing REALTOR® and a portion going to the selling REALTOR®.

How Much Do You Charge?

What Kind Of Guarantee Do You Offer?

If you sign a Buyer Brokerage Agreement with the REALTOR® and later find that you are unhappy with the arrangement, will the REALTOR® let you cancel the agreement?

If you are not happy with our service, we will cancel the agreement and you will be free to choose another REALTOR® to work with.
